Intelligent Replacement Service

Relying on the CNC machining center to establish a 48-hour emergency response mechanism, the on-site valve digital twin modeling is realized through 3D laser scanning technology, and the inventory of 3000+ specifications of spare parts is quickly matched. In response to the API/ANSI multi-standard compatibility requirements, a material upgrade solution from WC6 to CF3M is provided, and the valve body is transformed with a plasma welder to ensure that the tolerance between the replacement valve and the original system is controlled within 0.02mm. The traceable inspection report is issued by the non-destructive flaw detector throughout the process.

Predictive Maintenance System

Based on the ultrasonic thickness gauge, the valve health AI algorithm is developed, and the intelligent sensor is implanted through the annual maintenance contract to monitor 12 parameters such as valve stem torque and medium pH value in real time. Innovatively launched the "double insurance" maintenance package: including regular calibration service of the hardness tester and spectral analysis of the fatigue of the bellows, and the mechanical property tester simulates 20,000 cycles of load, which increases the accuracy of fault prediction to 92% and reduces maintenance costs by 40%.

Multi-dimensional Testing and Certification

Establish a CNAS-certified laboratory to provide full-range testing capabilities from -196℃ deep cold to 800℃ high temperature. The core test matrix includes: material traceability verification performed by chemical element analyzers, intergranular corrosion tests led by spectrometers, and pulse fatigue test benches that simulate real working conditions. All valves shipped from the factory are equipped with blockchain electronic passports containing 30 parameters, which support scanning and tracing the entire test process.

Full-cycle After-sales Network

Build a "satellite service station" model, deploy mobile service vehicles equipped with non-destructive testing equipment in key provinces and cities, and achieve the 2-hour on-site commitment. Launch a valve life management system, analyze the valve usage curve through big data, and automatically trigger maintenance warnings. Develop a "water quality linkage guarantee" service specifically for municipal customers, implement valve maintenance and water sample testing simultaneously, and ensure ISO dual system certification support in pipe network transformation.
The four major service modules all realize the digitization of the service process through the ERP system, and cooperate with the independently developed AR remote collaboration platform to allow customers to participate in the key nodes of valve maintenance in real time, demonstrating RICK VALVES's full life cycle management strength of industrial valves from products to services.
